RETURN POLICY FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS - 

We have 3 DAYS NO QUESTION ASKED RETURNS POLICY. If the product is defected or damaged, please raise the complaint within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags intact. Items for return should be sent back in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, and hang tags on garments. Any items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, and shipping charges may apply.

RETURNS BY INDIAN CUSTOMERS - 

If the customer is unsatisfied with the delivered product, they should contact us by emailing support@shoprangeelo.com within 4 days from the date of receiving the parcel. Rangeelo will arrange a pick-up from the customer's location; however, reverse pick-up may not be available for certain selected pin codes. We offer two options for processing such returns: - 

  • Store Credit - Upon receiving and validating the return, we will add an amount equal to the product value to your 'Rangeelo Account'. You can use this credit during your next purchase with us by applying it on the cart/payment page of our website. Please note that store credit once issued cannot be refunded back to Bank/Card/Wallet, etc.
  • Bank Refund - We refund the amount minus Rs. 300/- (adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per product in your bank account. To process the refund, we require the following bank details - Name, A/c no., IFSC Code, Bank, and Branch.
  • If the return is a result of an error on our part, such as sending an incorrect item, damaged, or defective product, we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand.
  • The refund process (if the customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
  • If the pickup facility is not available for the provided pin code, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to the Rangeelo office at their own risk, cost, and responsibility. It is required to initiate the return shipment within 7 days of receiving the product.

After receiving the return package, we will conduct a thorough inspection. If, for any reason, a reverse pick-up is not completed (due to any reason attributed to the customer or the courier company's error), it becomes the customer's responsibility to contact Rangeelo and arrange for the pick-up again. Failure to promptly contact Rangeelo for re-arranging the reverse pick-up may result in the rejection of the exchange/return request.

Please note that return requests will be considered only if the customer has accepted an untampered package. This means the product must be returned in its original condition without any signs of tampering or damage.

Once the return is approved as eligible, we will proceed with issuing your refund or store credit (as applicable) within 10 days. However, if the return is deemed ineligible for a refund, we will arrange to courier the product back to you. In both scenarios, your return issue will be closed within 20 days from the date we receive the return package. Please note that Rangeelo will not be held liable for any damage that occurs during the return shipping process.

By making a purchase from Rangeelo, the customer agrees not to dispute the decisions made by Rangeelo regarding return validation, accepting Rangeelo's judgement on whether the product is eligible for return or not. Non-valid returns will be sent back to the customer, and repeated non-valid returns or refusal of COD orders may lead to blacklisting for future purchases or barring of COD facilities without intimation. Customers who consistently return more than 50% of delivered products will be informed of future orders being processed on a non-cancellation and non-return basis. It is essential for the customer to adhere to these guidelines for a smooth and mutually beneficial shopping experience with Rangeelo.

Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hangers, polyester bags, and hang tags on garments. Any items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:

  • Custom-made products/Products personalized to your requirement
  • Accessories
  • Handbags
  • On the products with which it is specifically mentioned that it is not eligible for return/exchange.

Refunds are made as follows:

  • If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a bank transfer.
  • If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account/card from which the payment was made.

CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER

If, unfortunately, you need to cancel an order, kindly do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@shoprangeelo.com. If the cancellation is initiated within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for payment. However, please note that no cancellation requests will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order. By making a purchase from Rangeelo, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Rangeelo and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation process.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

RETURNS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER

In the unfortunate event of you returning The Rangeelo’s products, here is our policy on returns by International customers:

  • Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. In case of products ineligible for returns, it is mentioned in that particular product details. All form of Jewellery is ineligible for returns.
  • Not all products are eligible for returns. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing. In case of products ineligible for returns, it is mentioned in that particular product details.
  • The Rangeelo team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will be asked to ship the products to Jaipur, India. Return Address will be confirmed to you by mail only.
  • Responsibility for the safety of the product returned by the customer lies with the customer only. Rangeelo will not be held responsible for the damage caused during the transit of the product from the customer to Rangeelo's return address.
  • Once returns are received by us and clear quality checks, you can choose to receive store credit or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment. A deductible re-stocking fee of Rs.1500/- per product will be applicable for all returns.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at support@shoprangeelo.com a photo of the damaged product. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order. In such cases, we offer a full refund.
  • We aim to process all returns within one (1) week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to us at support@shoprangeelo.com and you will get a response within 48 hours.
  • All Custom Duties levied for the return of the product will be borne by the customer.
  • All returns are subject to the discretion of Rangeelo.

CANCELLATION BY RANGEELO:

Please be aware that there may be certain orders we are unable to accept or fulfill and may need to cancel. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that could lead to order cancellation include limitations on available quantities for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. In some cases, we may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. If any portion of your order needs to be canceled or if additional information is required, we will get in touch with you. If your credit card has already been charged for the order and it gets canceled, the charged amount will be reversed back to your Card Account. By making a purchase from Rangeelo, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Rangeelo and accepts our decision regarding the cancellation process.
